Earl May Seed & Nursery™ has taken over operations of the former Mosher's Greenhouse & Landscaping at 4101 War Eagle Drive, which announced its closing on December 31, 2011.

Earl May will lease the complex from Aftershocks Ventures LCC, who owns the former Mosher's property.

The Riverside Earl May Nursery & Garden Center will become the second Sioux City location for Earl May, which will keep open its existing garden center at 4141 Gordon Drive.  Earl May has operated continuously in Sioux City since 1937.
